Shi Jianguo, Chairman of the Rehabilitation Branch of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, delivered a speech at the main venue of the conference, emphasizing the importance of organizational construction guidelines and activity construction guidelines for the development of cancer rehabilitation organizations.
